SHIPMENT.

1. Buyer need to provide a correct and confirmed Full name, Shipping address, Post code, phone (Mobile) number during checkout. It is buyer’s responsibility for the failed delivery due to the address/phone number is incorrect/illegible/incomplete.

2.Worldwide free shipping by Post register airmail (Swiss/ Turkey/ Netherlands/ china post etc) or seller’s special shipping methods etc, all can be tracking online. if you want fast shipping, please choose paid shipping DHL/TNT/FEDEX/UPS/EMS etc.

3. Delivery time is approx 3-45 business days.(excluded holiday)to most EU/US/UK/AU countries. A part of countries like Russian, Brazil etc need more time. Usually spend 60-90 days or more in the shopping season. Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive the item in the time frame.

4. You can choose any shipping method and we will try our best to satisfying you. However, we will decide the final shipping method per your shipping address, order amount and your country’s custom troubles etc (for example, we may use DHL for over 2kg orders with free shipping. We may use post only for some countries)

5. Generally we declare your order in low value about USD5 again your order amount below USD20. (Min declaration for DHL shipment is USD20). Please remark the declare value when you placing order If you have special request.

6.Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

7.The arrival time of parts countries would be longer than other countries as capacity of the local post is different. So please be patient for the parcel.

SHOPPING TERMS/INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE.

1.Import duties. taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges and custom-clearance are the buyer's responsibility. For some particular countries the buyer may need to assist the shipping company to make custom clearance and this is the buyer’s responsibility if any.

2.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

3. Base on our experience, normally the buyer need not pay any extra fee as we declare it as gift or very small value item when shipping. anyway, all depend on your country and custom.

4.If the item is defect when you receive it or you are not satisfied with it, please return it within 3 days for a replacement or money back. But the items must be back in factory condition. Please contact us in advance and double check the return address before you return it. And you need to bear the shipping fee for shipping back to us.
